I’m a problem-solver at heart. Always have been. I have a knack for noticing the places where things could work a little smoother, and fixing them is where I come alive.
I know what it feels like to pour everything you’ve got into your work, your family, and your responsibilities, and still feel like it’s somehow not enough. That tension is exhausting. And it has a way of quietly stealing the joy from the very thing you built to create more of it.
I wanted to find a way to open up that space for people. To give back some of the breathing room that gets swallowed up by the demands of running a business and living a life at the same time.
Marketing became the way I could do that.
Not just because it fascinates me (the strategy, the psychology, the puzzle of figuring out how all the pieces connect), but because I know firsthand that it tends to be the biggest headache for business owners. And when someone finally gets clarity on it, the relief is real.
That’s what drives me. Helping people like you find that relief, that clarity, that sense of finally… and building something that gives you more freedom, more presence, and more joy. Not just in your business, but in your life.

My daughter is my whole world and the reason behind everything I’m building. We navigate a pretty serious list of food allergies between us, which has turned me into a from-scratch, grandma-style cook. No exact measurements, just gut feeling, a pour of this, a pinch of that. 😅
I’m a die-hard audiobook fan, a professional development junkie, a cat mom, and a proud Swiftie. Music speaks to my soul and I’m a dancer at heart… though in reality, my talents top out at enthusiastically shaking my booty in the kitchen.
And I love puzzles (shocking, I know). The harder the better. Give me 1,000 pieces with no obvious pattern and I am completely in my element. 🧩
This work found me through my own frustration.
Years ago, I was building a pediatric sleep consulting business. I was certified, genuinely good at it, and excited to help exhausted parents finally rest. Then I hit the wall so many business owners know all too well: the marketing.
I tried to build my own website. Post consistently. Have the right conversations. And I watched it all go nowhere. The work I loved started losing its shine under the weight of everything I couldn’t figure out.
So I did what I always do. I dug in.
I went down the marketing rabbit hole, took the courses, built real partnerships, and came out the other side realizing something surprising: I loved the marketing even more. The strategy, the psychology, the puzzle of fitting all the pieces together… it pulled together every thread that had always run through me. The systems-and-structure brain. The teacher who comes alive explaining things. The fascination with why people do what they do.
And spotting gaps and building systems to fill them is something I’ve done my whole life.
It shows up everywhere I’ve been.
One of my most memorable examples was a Subway I managed early on. When I walked in, it was chaos. Unreliable staff, no real systems, low sales, and no way to keep up with the flood of people from the dance competition center across the street. Lines crossed the street. Wait times hit an hour.
I spent months hiring the right people, building new systems, and training my team from the ground up. When that first competition season hit, we moved people through in 15 minutes flat.
Customers noticed. Staff was less stressed. Sales followed.
But it wasn’t always that dramatic. Sometimes it was simply creating a training manual so the next person didn’t have to figure everything out from scratch. Either way, the goal was always the same: leave it better than I found it, in a way that lasted.
